Description
Mickey Rooney is Shockey Carter; a tough school kid whose rebellious nature hides his love and devotion to his father. Shockey is constantly getting into trouble and causing problems at school. A caring school teacher wants to help save Shockey from the destructive path he's started to head down. To do this; the school teacher must get Shockey's alcoholic father sober and a job.
