Description
Detective Robert Malone (Fred Williamson) is a tough member of the NYPD who makes his own rules. When a beautiful photographer witnesses a murder by the leader of the vicious Black Cobra biker's gang; Malone to protects her. The gang throws everything they've got at Malone in order to eliminate the eyewitness; but he takes the battle to them.
