Description

In a Chinese village a clinic has seen an increased in opium addicts since the opening of a Japanese nightclub. The authorities are not dealing with it, so the clinic tries to step in. One of the doctors is a martial arts expert and he takes on the smugglers and the sellers of the drugs.
